Peacefully at the Smiths Falls Hospital on Sunday, November 5, 2017 in his 91st year with family by his side. Loving father of Paul (Gail), David, Donald (Sandra) and Pauline (Ron). Dear father-in-law of Bill. Sadly missed by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Survived by his brothers Ormand and Bud and his sister Norva.  Predeceased by his first wife Wilma and by his second wife Gladys, his daughter Heather and his son Peter. Fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Friends may visit with the family at the Lannin Funeral Home, Smiths Falls on Friday, November 10, 2017 from 10:30am until time of Memorial Service in the chapel at 1:00pm.  Interment to follow at Hillcrest Cemetery.  As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association or L.A.W.S. would be appreciated by the family.  Online condolences available at www.lannin.ca
