My sister Linda, was one of the kindest hearted people you could meet. Always smiling, and always with a laugh. Though the years, and life kept us in different places, I will cherish and hold close to my heart the times we could get together. Linda's way of making you feel welcome in those times, were some of the best times of my life. Her work over her lifetime brought her in constant contact with a great number of people, whom she treated with the respect she afforded everyone. She will be greatly missed, and greeted by my Mom and Dad and our brother Billy.
We little knew that morning God was to call your name.
In life we loved you dearly, in death we do the same.
It broke our hearts to lose you, You did not go alone.
For part of us went with you The day God called you home.
You left us beautiful memories,Your love is still our guide,
And though we cannot see you,You are always at our side.
Our family chain is broken, and nothing seems the same,
But as God calls us one by one, The chain will link again.
Until that time my sister, rest in peaceful sleep.
