Peacefully at the Smiths Falls Hospital on Friday, December 29, 2017 in his 80th year. Beloved husband of Shirley Ann Amy (nee Edwards). Loving father of Kenneth Wm., Robert John (Tammy) and Peggy Ann Eliz. (Donald Brown). Devoted grandfather of Chelsey, Rebecca, Taylor, Kristi, Jesse, Jacob, Casey and Abigail. Survived by his siblings Viola Lawson (late Joe), Edna Baker (Grant), Garnet (Evelyn),  Wilbert (Barbara) and Muriel Wheatly (late John). Brother-in-law of Doris Hamilton, Marie Hamilton, Margaret Hamilton, Mary Edwards and Kenneth Edwards. Predeceased by his parents David and Annie Hamilton (nee Byers); his siblings and in-laws Gordon, Marjorie Saunders (Reginald), Irene MacMillan(Leonard), Lorne, Charlie, Helen Blair, Elizabeth, Eric (Trudy), Pauline Taylor and Arnold "Pat".  Fondly remembered by many loving nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. 

 

As per Ken's wishes cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at St. Andrews United Church Toledo, on Saturday January 6, 2018 at 11 o'clock . As expressions of sympathy donations to St. Andrews United Church, Toledo would be greatly appreciated by the family.
