Peacefully at the Carleton Place and District Memorial Hospital on Wednesday, September 7, 2016 in her 83rd year. Beloved wife of the late Gordon Larry Bourne. Loving grandmother of Jessica Diane Bourne (Kevin Rever) and Gordon Dean Bourne. Cherished great-grandmother of Morgan Theresa Diane Bourne Rever and Ryan Rever. Predeceased by her parents Leon and Irene Champagne as well as her 2 brothers and 2 sisters.
As per Theresa's wishes bio-cremation has taken place. A private family service will be held at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, donations to Lanark County Therapeutic Riding Program would be appreciated by the family. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Lannin Funeral Home, Smiths Falls.
