My late wife, Beverly, and I first met Perry and Donny in Germany and continued our friendship in Ottawa. We enjoyed their hospitality in Manotick and wil long remember them both. Perry was a good friend and modest about his many achievements of which I just learned. My most sincere condolences to the family. Jack Poulter in Victoria, BC.
